Tom Spano is a seasoned investment professional who recently joined Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) as a Managing Director in their Philadelphia Multi-Family Office team.12 He brings over 20 years of investment management experience to his new role.16
Prior to joining BBH in September 2024, Tom worked at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. for 19 years and 6 months, from March 2005 to August 2024, as a Director and Investment Officer.35 At Hirtle, Callaghan & Co., he was responsible for leading institutional and family relationships in Philadelphia and across the Southeast, managing over $17 billion in assets for more than 300 clients.15
