Tom Sadowski is a seasoned economic development professional with a wealth of experience exceeding 30 years. He specializes in creating and implementing strategies that fuel business growth, innovation, and economic competitiveness. Currently serving as the Executive Director of MEDCO, he orchestrates projects aimed at advancing the strategic economic goals of communities and the state.

Throughout his extensive career, Tom has successfully overseen projects valuing over $10 billion, resulting in the generation of more than 50,000 jobs across diverse industries like aerospace, AI, autonomous systems, bio-health, and cybersecurity. He possesses expertise in establishing public-private partnerships, implementing talent recruitment programs, fostering tech commercialization, and promoting entrepreneurship initiatives. Tom's dedication to Maryland's economic and social prosperity is evident through his involvement in numerous boards focusing on business, policy, science, health, technology, and education.

In terms of education, Tom pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Political Science, Public Administration, and Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
