Tom Redman is an accomplished product leader with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation. He is the Director of Product at Buffer, where he oversees product development, growth and new product introduction. Tom has helped scale Buffer's analytics product, which drives over 10% of their total revenue. He has also previously held roles within Buffer as Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, and Engineering Team Lead. Before Buffer, Tom founded his own company, Site Command, and worked as a Mobile Developer at Innosphere SDG Ltd.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Computing, Computer Science from the University of Guelph. He is also a former actor with ACTRA. Tom's expertise lies in product development, growth strategy, and team leadership. He is passionate about improving product thinking and development processes company-wide.
