He was a Partner & Founding Member at BayPine and has contributed as a Graduate School Summer Fellow at Education Pioneers. Additionally, Tom's expertise includes roles as a Principal in North American Private Equity at Bain Capital and as an Analyst in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs.
