Tom Neilssen

Tom Neilssen is the CEO and co-founder of BrightSight Speakers, a company that represents many of the world's foremost authorities and thought leaders for speaking engagements.15 He has been in the speaker representation industry for over 40 years.37

Neilssen founded BrightSight Group in 2005 with Les Tuerk, after representing speakers for 25 years prior to starting their own firm.7 The company, now in its 20th year of business, focuses on representing top speakers across various fields including healthcare, leadership, politics, economy, and social issues.1

Before founding BrightSight Speakers, Tom Neilssen worked as:

• Senior Agent at Leigh Bureau from January 1985 to January 2005
• Agent at BWI from January 1980 to January 19853

Tom Neilssen received a B.S. degree from SUNY Stony Brook.6 He is based in Yardley, Pennsylvania, where BrightSight Speakers is headquartered.24
