Tom Mendoza, a former Vice Chairman and President of NetApp, has retired after a successful 25-year career with the company. At the University of Notre Dame, he studied before joining NetApp and helping the company achieve significant growth within the first six years, reaching a revenue of $1 billion. Under his leadership, NetApp was in the top 10 places to work across numerous countries between 2002-2012, including being named the #1 place to work in America in 2009. He has also been involved in many private and public boards, including VAST Data, Varonis, and UiPath - Robotic Process Automation. Mendoza shares his extensive knowledge by guest lecturing at multiple Universities, including Stanford Business School and Notre Dame through the Mendoza College of Business.
