Tom Marshall

Tom Marshall is a Senior Associate in Gerald Eve's development team with a strong background in real estate development, project management, and international development.

With over a decade of experience, Tom has been involved in various large-scale regeneration projects in London, specializing in areas such as viability assessments, strategic planning, masterplanning, and international development.

During his time with HS2, Tom gained significant expertise in advising on development projects linked to major infrastructure and transport initiatives, particularly overseeing site development at Euston Station.

Apart from his real estate focus, Tom also has a history of entrepreneurial ventures, including establishing and managing businesses. His experience extends to consulting on investment and economic development, demonstrated during his tenure in Nepal where he contributed to post-earthquake reconstruction efforts.

Tom's educational background includes an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BA (Hons) in American History from the University of Sussex. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
