• New Business Development: Identify and evaluate specific business opportunities. Develop and prospect for new health plans, broker relationships and other customers.

• Responsible for the entire sales cycle including prospecting, networking, presenting value propositions, negotiating and executing contracts, and ultimately closing deals.

• Partner with internal departmental managers to implement new customers and manage existing clients.

• Interface directly with current customers and affiliates to maintain their overall satisfaction with HPO products and services as well as seeking new revenue opportunities.

• Strengthen current relationships through ongoing contact and customer service.

• Business Strategy Development: define, refine and implement strategic plans including research, market and industry analysis and customer needs assessment.
