Tom MacManus

Tom MacManus is the President of Strategic Accounts at A10 Capital, a prominent provider of middle-market commercial real estate loans. He joined the firm in December 2022, taking on this newly created role aimed at enhancing relationships with key commercial real estate firms, thereby strengthening A10's market position.12

With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, MacManus has held several significant leadership positions throughout his career. Before joining A10 Capital, he served as the President and COO of ARA Finance, where he was instrumental in developing a national multifamily lending platform. His previous roles also include being the Chairman and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman, as well as a nine-year tenure at GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp., where he was the President and CEO of North American Operations from 2003 to 2006. During this period, he managed substantial mortgage banking operations with a balance sheet of $10 billion and annual originations totaling $22 billion.123
