Tom Ludwig is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 29 years of experience in providing professional consulting services to communities in Southeastern Wisconsin.

He currently holds the position of State Operations Director for the Infrastructure Division at Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC, overseeing operations in Green Bay, Madison, and Milwaukee.

Tom's expertise lies in offering professional engineering planning, design, and construction administration services across various civil engineering disciplines, with a focus on municipal consulting, sewer and water utilities, and wastewater conveyance facility planning.

He pursued his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has held significant roles such as Project Manager at R A Smith National and National Survey and Engineering before joining Foth Companies.
