Tom Leach is a seasoned full-stack software leader, architect, and engineer with a remarkable 20 years of experience in developing scalable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable systems, focusing on simplicity, empiricism, and early value delivery.

Tom specializes in high availability distributed systems architecture, planning for failure and graceful degradation, intuitive API design, SQL and NoSQL databases, extensive AWS knowledge, leadership in engineering teams, blameless post-mortem practices, and continuous delivery.
