Tom Kennedy

Tom Kennedy is a highly experienced President with a successful track record in the Design and Construction industry.

He is an expert in Design/Build processes and excels in the execution of projects.

His skills include business development, negotiation, operations management, project estimation, feasibility studies, and mixed-use development.

Tom holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Marquette University. He also completed his High School Diploma at Pius XI.

Throughout his career, Tom has held key executive positions in various organizations, including La Macchia Group, Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction, The Kennedy Group DB, Inc., Associated General Contractors of Milwaukee, and OPUS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

He has also been involved in leadership roles such as President, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, Discipline Leader for Construction, Principal, Secretary & Treasurer, Director of Project Management, General Manager, and Senior Project Manager among others.
