Tom's tenure at West Monroe since 2008 has been driven by a desire to reduce the nation's reliance on foreign oil and modernize the utility sector, leading to the successful amalgamation of industry, IT, and telecommunications expertise to pioneer innovative grid solutions.

He has overseen the progression of West Monroe's Dallas office from 2016 to 2019, forming a comprehensive team and establishing a technology hub, and has now taken on the role of Chicago Office Leader.
