Tom Hendricks

Tom Hendricks is an experienced IT auditor, assessor, and project manager with a strong focus on governance, risk assessment, compliance, and the design and implementation of processes and controls.

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with 5 years of audit and IT security experience, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with 11 years of project and program management experience.

With 3 years of experience in client and internal and external audit response, Tom has specialized in assessments of vendor, project, process, and security risk, compliance, and quality for 2 years.

Additionally, he has 9 years of expertise in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing, and an extensive background in management and leadership (direct, peer, offshore) for 9 years.

In terms of technical skills, Tom has 9 years of experience in development using C#, VBA, web technologies, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.

He pursued his BS degree at The University of Akron and currently holds the position of Architecture Process Manager at JONES DAY®.
