Tom Haus

Tom Haus is a seasoned technology and leadership professional with a diverse background in Infrastructure Operations, Strategic Planning, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Development, and more. He has studied Business Administration and International Studies in Accounting and Finance at Creighton University. With over a decade of experience in various roles at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., including Head of IT Strategy and Architecture and VP of Enterprise Architecture & Strategy, Tom currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Transamerica. Additionally, he has held leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and SUPERVALU.

Tom is a technology expert with a focus on operations, architecture, and development. He has a strong understanding of IT frameworks, including ITIL and Microsoft Operation Framework. Furthermore, he has demonstrated strategic planning skills, quality management, and domain knowledge, including CISA expertise. With a wealth of experience in leadership, Tom has proven capabilities in managing and developing people and processes in both enterprise and IT environments.
