Tom Griffin

Tom Griffin is an experienced lawyer and legal counsel with a strong background in privacy, data sharing, and financial services. He completed his education at Manly Selective Campus and the University of Notre Dame Australia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in Law/Political Science. Griffin has held numerous positions throughout his career, including Lead Counsel for APAC Privacy at Facebook, Head of Legal at Data Republic, and Associate General Counsel at Meta. In addition, he has been a co-founder of two start-ups, iVote Australia and SR7. Griffin's expertise in privacy and data governance has been invaluable to the companies he has worked with, and his contributions have helped to shape the legal landscape around data sharing in Australia and beyond.
