Tom Graham

Tom Graham is a strategy consultant with a background in engineering, project management, and platform strategy. He is currently engaged in building and launching Lendlease's 'Podium', a technology platform focused on optimizing and connecting the property and development value chain digitally.

In addition to his role at Lendlease, Tom is the co-founder of Koobi, a start-up focused on carbon offsetting. Koobi aims to provide a platform for individuals and businesses to offset their carbon footprints while also contributing to the conservation of threatened wildlife.

Tom Graham's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Queensland, along with studies at Kings College UQ and Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie).

Throughout his career, Tom has held various roles such as Strategy and Operations at Lendlease, Strategy Analyst at Lendlease, Project Engineer at Lendlease, Site Engineer at Multiplex, Undergraduate Engineer at GW Civil Construction, CSO Aquatic Centre/Lifeguard at UQ Sport, Undergraduate Engineer at Downer, and Stockhand at Stirling Agricultural Company.
