Worked with brand partners to develop purposeful brand-content for distribution on NBC, CBS, ABC, Telemundo, and CW, as well as numerous streaming and social/digital platforms. Hearst produces a consistent slate of Emmy Award-Winning adventure/active lifestyle, travel, family and inspirational programs for national TV broadcast  programming as well as content for Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, and international distribution.

As Chief Content and Innovation Officer, Tom worked with global clients to ensure that content of all kinds is created with a strategy, purpose, and competitive advantage.
