Tom Evans

Tom Evans is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BioSense, a company specializing in innovative health monitoring technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and began his career as an Emergency Medical Technician. This experience exposed him to the challenges of traditional ECG setups, which inspired him to create a non-contact ECG system aimed at improving patient care, particularly in emergency situations.12

Under his leadership, BioSense developed a patented sensor technology that allows for wireless monitoring of the heart's electrical activity without physical contact. This technology has received FDA Breakthrough Designation for its application in neonatal intensive care units, significantly enhancing the monitoring capabilities for premature infants.12
