Tom Elzey is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience working with mid-sized Northwest corporations in investment and commercial banking capacities.
As a corporate finance specialist and co-founder of Alexander Hutton in 1986, he has a strong background in corporate debt placements, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and venture capital.
Prior to his role at Alexander Hutton, Tom Elzey spent 13 years as a corporate lender at Seafirst and Rainier Banks, and was a Vice President and Commercial Loan Department Manager for Standard Chartered Bank.
He is actively involved in various organizations, having been a past member of the President's Club of Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, a board member and treasurer of Seattle Executives Association, and a former board member of Family Services.
Tom Elzey holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound, and he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on finance from Seattle University.
