Tom Eilon

Tom Eilon is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with an impressive background in fintech and strategy consulting. He studied for an MBA at INSEAD, building on a BA in Physical Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.

Tom started his career as a Tidal Energy Research Analyst at Imperial College London before working as a Physics Research Analyst at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. He then moved into finance, working as a Risk Analytics Analyst at Barclays Capital and a Controlling & Finance Analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Tom's finance career took a new direction when he became an Investment Associate at Atomico, a venture capital firm, where he focused on the fintech sector. He went on to work as a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising clients on strategy and transformation projects.

Tom then moved into entrepreneurial ventures, co-founding The Electric Car Scheme, an electric vehicle leasing company, and working as Managing Director at Funding Circle CA, Commercial Director at Funding Circle UK, Head of Direct Lending at Funding Circle UK, Director of Strategy & Special Projects at Funding Circle UK, and Advisor - International Expansion at Clearbanc.

Besides leading teams to success, Tom has also served as a Whistler Kids Ski Instructor at Intrawest, demonstrating his passion for skiing.
