Tom Duncan

Tom Duncan is a co-founder of Envisso, a fintech company based in Singapore that specializes in providing credit solutions and risk management for payment companies. Founded in 2022 alongside Rajiv Chandna, Envisso focuses on transforming merchant risk into a growth strategy by leveraging advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance the understanding of financial risk and improve the onboarding process for merchants.124

Before establishing Envisso, Duncan held various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of Insurance and Wealth at Grab Financial Group, where he expanded innovative products across Southeast Asia. His career also includes significant positions at Chubb and Barclays, where he developed partnerships and managed financial services.35

Duncan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Otago and an Executive MBA from INSEAD, which he completed in 2015. His educational background and extensive experience in financial services have equipped him with a robust skill set for navigating the complexities of digital commerce and risk management.35
