Tom Casserly, a leader with over 15 years of experience in thin films research, product development, and volume production, has successfully engineered and designed elegant solutions to complex problems. As a former Chief Technology Officer at Duralar Technologies and founder of C7 Insight LLC, Tom has led diverse cross-functional teams to deliver revenue for companies by guiding products from the lab to customers. With an educational background in Chemical Engineering from both Texas A&M University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tom has an excellent blend of technical skills and business acumen. His ability to motivate others to reach their full potential while working toward a common vision has proven to be an asset in all of his leadership roles.
