Tom Frank Campbell

Tom Campbell is a highly accomplished attorney with over 30 years of experience litigating and winning cases for pest control company victims. He founded Campbell Law PC, a firm that handles complex individual cases as well as mass action and class action cases for individuals and businesses who have suffered significant financial loss resulting from unfair and deceptive business practices, fraud, false advertising, systemic employment discrimination or catastrophic personal injury.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he studied Juris Doctor Law and earned a B.S. in Business. Before opening his private practice, Tom held several esteemed positions in the legal industry, including Shareholder at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., Partner at Lange, Simpson, Robinson & Somerville (now Adams and Reese LLP), and Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Howell T. Heflin (D.Al.). Tom's passion for the law and his extensive knowledge of complex litigation have led him to be recognized with an AV (Highest) rating from Martindale-Hubbell and inclusion in SuperLawyers.
