He has played pivotal roles in accelerating the transformation of healthcare providers by focusing on various areas such as information distribution, governance, cost management, waste elimination, and value-based care business models.

Tom Burton holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.

His professional journey includes co-founding and serving as a Strategic Advisor at Health Catalyst, where he has held various significant positions such as Chief Learning Officer, President of Professional Services, Chief Improvement Officer, and Senior Vice President of Product Development.

Before his tenure at Health Catalyst, Tom Burton gained valuable experience working at GE Healthcare/Intermountain Healthcare in an Engineering Manager role and at Intermountain Healthcare as an Information Systems Manager.

Additionally, he has held positions as a Partner, CIO, and COO at Cardon Companies and as a Merchandise Controller at CSK Auto.
