Tom Beaty

Tom Beaty is a seasoned entrepreneur who launched Insight Sourcing Group in 2002 and expanded his ventures to include SpendHQ and other procurement-related businesses, totaling over 25 unique product offerings.

As the CEO of Insight Sourcing Group Holdings, Tom oversees growth, culture, and business strategy, leading the company to numerous accolades such as being named the #1 Company to Work for in Atlanta and a top consulting firm in the U.S., while consistently ranking on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest-growing companies for 14 consecutive years.

Beyond his business endeavors, Tom is deeply involved in philanthropy, having founded the Witness to War Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the oral histories of combat veterans. He is also associated with prestigious organizations like the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the board of the Army War College Foundation.
