Tom Arnall is a skilled professional with over a decade of experience in interim consulting, advisory, and executive search in the FinTech and financial services industry. Arnall is passionate about all things FinTech and possesses a strong passion for the development of go-to-market strategies in the industry. With a strong background in executive interim management and search, Arnall has built a reputable career recruiting professionals from analysts to chairman across numerous UK and European financial services businesses.

Arnall received his education from the University of the Arts London at Chelsea School of Art, where he studied Spatial Design, earning a 2.1 degree. He also attended Tonbridge School for his secondary education. After leaving his position as Principal of Interim Partners at New Street Consulting Group, Arnall co-founded Floan, a FinTech start-up, before becoming a job seeker again.
