Tom Allison

Tom Allison is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles.

His educational journey includes earning an MBA in Finance and Operations from The Wharton School, a B.S. in Management and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and pursuing studies in English at the University of Connecticut.

Throughout his career, Tom has held prominent positions in renowned organizations, showcasing his expertise and strategic capabilities.

He has served as the Head of New Ventures at Live Nation Entertainment, General Partner at ZX Ventures, and held multiple roles at ZX Ventures, including Head of Investment Strategy & M&A, Head of Strategy & Capabilities for Explore Fund, and Director of Strategy & Finance.

Prior to his time at ZX Ventures, Tom gained valuable experience as an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company, where he also worked as a Summer Associate.

Notably, he has a military background, having served as a Ground Force Commander, XO, and PL at the 75th Ranger Regiment & 4th ID.
