Toi Hershman is an accomplished instructional designer, consultant, and speaker with extensive experience in leading instructional projects across K-12, higher education, and corporate sectors.

She specializes in making training engaging for all types of learners, from middle schoolers to executives, by creating valuable and stimulating learning experiences.

Toi holds a Doctorate in Instructional Design and Technology from West Virginia University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Frostburg State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

She has a passion for developing exceptional experiential learning opportunities that empower participants to excel.

Currently, Toi Hershman operates The Hershman Group as an instructional designer, consultant, and speaker, and previously held the position of Director of Programming at EntreEd.
