Toi Carrion

Toi Carrion is a highly educated professional with a background in law and compliance. They obtained a J.D. from NYU School of Law, a B.A. in English and Africana Studies from Barnard College, and have also studied at Columbia University in the City of New York.

Toi has held various roles in prestigious organizations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Legal & Compliance at BlackRock. Prior to this position, Toi worked as an Associate in Investment Funds at Sidley Austin LLP and completed a Summer Associate role at the same firm. They also gained experience as a Legal Intern at Inherit Your Rights and as an SEO Summer Intern at Weil Gotshal and Manges.

In addition to their legal background, Toi has diverse work experience. They have worked as an Assistant Afterschool Teacher at the City of Cambridge and as a Special Assistant to the Director at The Cambridge Center for Adult Education. Toi also participated as a Young Leader in the Uganda Delegation at The One World Foundation and worked as a Legal Assistant at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
