He is a seasoned professional skilled in various manufacturing platforms such as biologics, small molecules, and peptides, as well as possessing an extensive regulatory and compliance background.

With expertise in clinical & commercial manufacturing, Lean methodologies, process development, engineering, and supply chain management, Todd has led diverse teams in designing, constructing, and validating multi-product manufacturing facilities.

His leadership spans over twenty-five years across small to mid-size biotech firms, contract manufacturers, and global pharmaceutical organizations, including senior roles like Vice President Manufacturing and General Manager at Eli Lilly & Co.

Todd Winge holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University.

His career has included prominent positions such as Former Vice President of BioPharmaceutical Operations & Site Head at Eli Lilly and Company, and Senior Director roles at KBI BioPharma, Tanox, Diosynth Biotechnology, and more.
