•	IT budgets managed for this period ranged from 300-400k annually. Network consisted of Windows/mac client/server client support.  24/7 up time with rapid response, on site and remote support with many managed service implementations and systems maintenance agreements.  
•	Managed vendors and other consultants as needed.  This position is a direct report to the CFO.  Helped achieve Inc. 5000 award four years in a row.             
•	Installed Multi-site Shoretel VOIP using MPLS VPN and QoS.
•	Migrated Exchange from 2003 to 2010 with high availability.
•	Used VmWare for server consolidation project from 50 servers to 5.
•	Used SQL 2008 to build out Intranet for organization.
•	Moved desktops from XP to Windows 7 company-wide.
•	Led SAS 70 technical audit by BT-INS security firm.
•	Rolled out new office buildouts in San Francisco, CA and Austin. TX.
