Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a highly accomplished US and international tax lawyer with a strong track record in leading teams to handle tax risks and efficiencies for institutional investors and businesses. He specializes in managing the legal, tax, and business aspects of large and intricate international investments. Todd holds an LLM in Tax with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from Seattle University School of Law, and a BA in Economics from Washington State University.

With a wealth of experience, Todd has held key positions at reputable organizations. He currently serves as Tax Counsel at ADIA.
