Todd R. Ryden is a seasoned entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in founding, operating, and successfully selling companies. A graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and Tulane University Law School, he is passionate about bringing ideas to life and specializes in business planning, go-to-market planning, operations implementation, and transaction structure. His expertise includes contract negotiation, strategic planning, and creative business strategies. Ryden has held senior leadership roles in numerous organizations, including Founder and CEO at FNEX, Managing Director and Founder at The Applied Group, COO and General Counsel at StarCom, and CEO and Co-Founder at ViaStar Energy, Inc. With a keen focus on helping businesses succeed, he has also served on the Board of Advisors for Recovery Force, Board Member for SmarterRemarketer, LLC, Board President for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, and Board Member for Christel House Academy, Inc. Ryden graduated with a B.A. from Purdue University and is a sales associate at Penncorp Life Insurance Company.
