Todd Prince

Todd Prince has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field with a proven track record of success. He is skilled in system analysis, design, implementation, and support with exceptional problem-solving skills. His capacity to simplify complex problems and analyze situations rapidly make him an asset to any organization. Todd has extensive experience developing and maintaining SQL code in MS SQL Server and Oracle database environments, supporting and developing end-user solutions in Microsoft Access, and implementing production database code changes. He has managed mid-sized teams in areas of security, development, operations, and support with the ability to introduce changes effortlessly and inspire others to top performances.

Todd is a certified Project Management Professional and has completed the ITIL V3 Foundation Certification training. Additionally, he is a trained internal auditor in Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and has provided project management on multiple projects. Todd has trained over 300 people in the Microsoft Office Suite and administered company-wide third-party applications with remote support for internal and external users. He has been involved in developing department-wide implementation procedures and process flows, managing company-wide Service Desk, and providing 24-hour access to multiple time zones and countries.
