He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management, along with a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Todd is the CEO & Founder of AmerAsia Company, specifically Beijing AmerAsia China Ltd. He previously served as the CEO and Founder of AmerAsia Law LLC. Moreover, he has experience as the Senior Vice President & Co-Founder (focused on North America, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea) at UBIC Inc. and UBIC North America, Inc.
