Todd's extensive military background includes roles such as Director of the LRASM Deployment Office (LDO) in the U.S. Navy, Mission Area Lead Integrator for Surface Warfare and Strike Warfare at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Class Desk at NAVAIR. He has also commanded Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ONE THREE (VFA-113) as both Commanding Officer and Executive Officer. Additionally, Todd has held roles in training and testing, including Chief of UAS Operator Training at USSOCOM, Test Pilot positions at various units, and Division Officer responsibilities at Strike Fighter Squadron ONE THREE ONE (VFA-131). He began his aviation career as a Student Naval Aviator and has experience flying a range of aircraft.
