In 2009, Todd founded Canopy Gap, drawing from his expertise in psychology, network science, and organizational design to assist small and large organizations undergoing significant transformations.

Todd has a proven track record of enhancing organizational connectivity, resilience, and overall vitality, having worked with renowned establishments like NASA, Microsoft, and various nonprofits, as well as playing a role in launching multiple companies.

Additionally, Todd Hoskins is an integral part of the founding team at SenseMapping, a venture dedicated to humanizing workplaces, and collaborates with Marti Spiegelman on the podcast and leadership initiative Leading from Being.
