Todd Hanlin

Todd Hanlin is a highly experienced and results-driven leader with a background in Aerospace Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Operations. With over 25 years of industry experience, Todd has worked with Tier 1 commercial and military aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Sikorsky, and GEAE. Todd's leadership experience includes serving as a Quality Manager at Eaton Aerospace Group, Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Roper Pumps, Director of Business Operations & Development at Desemco, LLC, and VP of Operations at Tighitco Aerospace. Todd's passion for Continuous Improvement has led him to specialize in improving Quality Culture and QMS Stability within sites and leadership teams. He is a servant leader who utilizes employee development and dedicated training of key tools to produce sustainable change for clients. When not working, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, coaching volleyball, and playing music at Southside Church.
