Commercial responsibility for OEM, Neutral Host and channel partners that are deploying 3.5/Shared Spectrum solutions such as American Tower, Crown Castle, Boingo and ExteNet.  Also, primary responsibility for all of the tier one and two network equipment providers in the mobile, wi-fi and small cell ecosystems that are developing hardware solutions for this evolving segment.  Accounts in this segment include Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, and Cambium Networks.

Charged with the infrastructure setup for new US startup operation. Expanded role of traditional CFO to that of business partner with the Managing Director, servicing as interim MD during his absence, including a 12-week period of extended leave overseas.  
Orchestrated the design and implementation of mission critical systems including the general ledger, finance systems and controls, HR systems, and recruitment processes. Directly assisted in the setup of the corporate structure and reporting. Built network of 3rd party suppliers including a network of tier-1 service providers instrumental in the company build out and growth. Served as company liaison on all business deals in a legal or business capacity.

Directed the administration of internal audit function and controls, periodic audits of internal and external parties, and supervision of 15 staff members responsible for maintaining client database. Managed the collection process for large overdue receivables (>$100K) and performed special projects for the CFO. Created new audit manual and process for internal audit department of 5.
