Todd Fisher

Todd Fisher is an experienced lawyer with expertise in technology transactions, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, real estate outsourcing, services agreements, business transactions, contract negotiations, licensing, privacy compliance, business law, and intellectual property. He studied JD in Law at SMU Dedman School of Law and BBA in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin. He co-founded Emerging Growth Series and Legal Cloud Central blog, focusing on cloud computing and software as a service (SaaS) issues and developments. Fischer also founded the Association of Technology Law Professionals, an organization of in-house lawyers responsible for technology, outsourcing, procurement, and similar commercial transactions at their companies. At King & Fisher, Fischer advises businesses with negotiating, structuring, and drafting their Information Technology and other business/commercial agreements, finds capital sources, service providers and strategic partners, and assists companies with intellectual property strategy and privacy issues. He was a board of directors member at YPO and worked as a partner at K&L Gates and an associate at Jones Day before joining King & Fisher.
