Summary

Todd Engstrom is an accomplished leader and strategist known for his contributions to the ministry and non-profit sectors. He is a veteran of The Austin Stone Community Church, where he served in various roles, including leadership development, pastoral oversight, missional communities, college ministry, and curriculum development. He is also a seasoned consultant, working with national and international organizations and ministries on leadership development, discipleship strategies, and process and system design. 
Todd Engstrom received a Doctor of Educational Ministry degree in Executive Leadership from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also has a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas and experience in complex surface catalysis. Todd Engstrom is a former Founding Partner at 100 UPG Cooperative and a former Advisory Board Member at Saturate. He has also served on the Board of The For the City Network and worked as an Executive Pastor of Ministries and Ministry Strategies at The Austin Stone Community Church.
