Todd Cragun, a seasoned business professional and entrepreneur, has an impressive background in the financial and real estate industry. With experience in residential and commercial lending and land development across multiple states, including Utah, Oklahoma, Idaho, and Arizona, Todd's expertise also extends to venture capital and real estate investing. He has raised millions of dollars for personal companies and others while bringing out-of-the-box solutions to life in fields like fixed and fixed indexed annuities, money management, and insurance.

Todd's passion for connecting individuals led him to start the Linked Local Salt Lake city group, allowing him to give back to his community while simultaneously expanding his network. He is also the co-founder of VIRAL-NET, an innovative networking group that utilizes the LinkedIn platform for users to make valuable connections.
