Todd Almeida

Board Member and C-suite executive with extensive international experience. Co-founder of Air Miles NL & Nectar UK. Previously the CEO of ISIC (global non-profit) and EarthToday (a "for-purpose" sustainable startup).

Todd Almeida is a dual national of The Netherlands and USA with a strong background in building high-growth companies, specializing in business development and loyalty marketing.

With extensive C-Level international leadership experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, Todd has been a co-founder and senior executive in three successful, market-leading companies, including Air Miles (Netherlands – 1994), Nectar (UK – 2002), and 1850 Directory Assistance (Netherlands – 2007).

Todd Almeida has served as a shareholder in Nectar (private equity backed by Warburg Pincus) and 1850 Nummerinformatie (VC funded), and has also held Board of Directors roles such as executive director of ISIC and non-executive director at Air Miles NL.

His expertise lies in strong Internet and technology experience, particularly in the mobile and customer database segment. Todd is a thought leader in loyalty marketing and membership programs, with a knack for collaborating with data scientists to extract valuable commercial insights from big data.

Todd Almeida boasts global business development skills, excelling in sales, negotiations, legal contracting of multi-million-euro deals, and senior stakeholder management with business, governmental, and international institutions. He is well-versed in strategy formulation, change management execution, and has taken on P&L responsibilities throughout his career.

In terms of education, Todd holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where he graduated with Honors (top 5%). He also completed a Bachelor of Arts in History from William & Mary. Additionally, Todd pursued Dutch language studies at the University of Amsterdam.
