I am a commercially minded corporate tax specialist - my aim is to provide sound commercial business advice whilst at the same time minimising the tax liabilities of my clients.I work with a wide range of businesses in many different sectors including technology, property and retail.My specialisms include: corporate tax advisory for mergers and acquisitions; due diligence; tax efficient structuring; and consulting advice in areas such as R&D tax reliefs and the Enterprise Investment Scheme.I am also an expert at advising overseas companies that are keen to invest in the UK and have assisted numerous businesses to successfully establish themselves in the UK.

During my time at Blick Rothenberg I specialised in corporate tax, particularly transactional work covering restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, property transactions and transfer pricing. Given the nature of Blick Rothenberg’s client base, much of this work involved cross border issues.I joined Blick Rothenberg in April 2007. Prior to that, I had been in a corporate tax advisory role with a Big 4 firm in Central London with experience of providing high-level corporate tax advice to substantial corporate groups.In addition to tax advisory work, I oversaw a portfolio of corporation tax compliance clients concentrating on those with complex tax affairs and overseas connections.

Working in the Mid Cap and Entrepreneurs and Private Clients groups in central London.  I was involved in tax advisory work with an emphasis on transactions.  This ranged from substantial due diligence assignments, tax structuring for complex groups, refinancing projects, tax planning arrangements and associated tax consulting projects.  I also oversaw a portfolio of compliance clients.
