Toby Mossop is a former British Army officer who has made a successful transition to the corporate world as the Managing Agent at Chartwell Speakers. With a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Newcastle University and a background that includes training, troop leadership, and commanding specialist skills in the military, Mossop has a unique blend of skills that make him an excellent speaker and operations manager.

Mossop's professional career began at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst before he moved on to serve in several roles within the British Army. He has experience working as the Officer Commanding Specialist Skills Training Team in Jordan, Training Team Leader, Troop Leader, and more. In his most recent role before joining Chartwell Speakers, Mossop was Head of Operations at Shepper, a UK-based startup that provides on-demand inspections and monitoring solutions.

With his diverse background, Mossop brings a wealth of experience to his role at Chartwell Speakers. He knows what it takes to train people and get them ready for high-stress situations. He also understands how to manage operations and teams, which makes him an asset to his current organization.
