Toby Egbuna is a driven and accomplished professional with a diverse background, born in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in North Carolina.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also excelled as a Varsity Basketball Team forward.
Toby embarked on his career journey with roles at various respected organizations, including Accenture where he held positions as a Management Consultant, Consulting Senior Analyst, and Consulting Analyst.
In Summer 2020, Toby co-founded Chezie with his sister, a venture aimed at revolutionizing workplace inclusivity by providing companies with a holistic solution for developing impactful employee resource groups.
His professional experience also includes serving as an Associate Diversity Strategist at Collective, as well as gaining valuable insights during an internship at IBM as LEADing to Africa Product Sales Intern.
Driven by a passion for creating inclusive environments, Toby has been a former Board Member at DeKalb Brilliance Academy and remains committed to empowering organizations to foster diverse and welcoming workplaces.
