Toby Dickens

Toby Dickens is a highly educated professional with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a background in engineering from Bedford Modern School.

With an extensive career at Rolls-Royce, Toby has held various key roles such as Sub-System Technical Lead for Combustion and Core Turbines, Sub-System Integrator for Turbines in Civil Large Engines, Mechanical Engineer for Propulsion, and Design Engineer for Trent 1000 engines.

Toby also has experience as a Producibility Engineer for Tp400 engines, Assistant Work Package Owner for Trent Xwb Fan Module, and has served as a Summer Intern gaining valuable industry insights at Rolls-Royce.

Apart from Rolls-Royce, Toby has diverse experience including internships at The Automation Partnership and Mtl, as well as positions such as Administrator at Crac The Career Development Organisation and an Outdoor Activity Instructor and Farm Hand at Thurleigh Farm Centre.
