Tobin Asher

Tobin Asher, an accomplished professional with an educational background in communication and journalism from Stanford University, has had an impressive career spanning across various organizations. Starting as a performer in the Children's Chorus at the Metropolitan Opera, Tobin has interned at notable positions such as The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, BAFTA New York, and The Office of Mayor Cory Booker. It was at BAFTA New York where Tobin discovered a passion for social media consultancy, leading to the role of Founder and Executive Director of At the Fountain Theatricals.

However, Tobin's interest in technology and virtual reality ultimately led him back to Stanford University, first as an intern, and later as the Manager and Associate Director of Global Partnerships for the Virtual Human Interaction Lab. Tobin's impressive background in performing arts, media, social media consultancy, and his expertise in technology and virtual reality have made him an incredible addition to Stanford's faculty.
