Tobias Simon

Tobias Simon is a highly educated and experienced professional with a strong background in finance, insurance, and management.

He holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Insurance from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, a Master of Science in Management from Universität Mannheim, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Additionally, he studied finance at HEC Montréal.

Tobias has held various key positions in reputable organizations, showcasing his expertise and skills. Currently, he serves as the Co-Founder & CFOO at ONIC, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and financial acumen.

His prior roles at Allianz include Head of Strategic Operational Control & Operational Risk Management, Project Lead for Process Optimization in Operations, and Project Lead for Business Process Re-engineering 4 Digitalization (BPR4D). These positions highlight his leadership abilities and strategic mindset.

Before his time at Allianz, Tobias gained valuable experience as a Regional Sales Manager and Executive Assistant within the organization. Additionally, he has interned at well-known companies like Axel Springer SE, Guerrilla Finance, BMW Motorrad, DB Engineering & Consulting, LucaNet AG, and Mercedes-Benz AG, building a diverse skill set in various areas of finance, accounting, consulting, and risk management.
